Product Specifications
- Produced using a variety of plant material from domestic and municipal sources PAS100 Accredited
- Composted in an open windrow system, combined with a dedicated maturation building
- Screened using a twin trommel screening system utilising a 40mm and 10mm screen
- Over 95% of particles fall within the range of 0-10mm
- The pH range is between 7.0 to 8.5
- Moisture content is in the range of 40 to 60% (green weight basis), subject to seasonal variations
- The weight/volume ratio (bulk density) is normally in the range of 400 to 600Kg/m3
- Levels of human pathogens, potentially toxic elements and physical contaminants are within the limits specified by PAS100
- Dark brown/black in colour with the feel and consistency of traditional composts
